The Five Tibetans represent a system of simple, yet highly energizing exercises that were developed in Tibetan lamaseries thousands of years ago. They were brought to the West by British army officer, Colonel Bradford, in the 1930’s.

After retiring, Colonel Bradford went to a Tibetan monastery, to live with lamas, who had apparently discovered a “FOUNTAIN of YOUTH.” These were old men, who were inexplicably healthy and strong, and full of vigor and virility.

The lamas described to him seven magnetic centers, called "psychic vortexes". These vortexes revolve at great speed in a healthy body, however, as we grow older, the spinning rate diminishes, resulting in old age, ill-health and senility. The great news is that the spinning rate of the vortexes can be restored, by performing the Five Rites daily.

Once you are familiar with the exercises, the practice of

the Five Tibetans will take about 15 minutes daily. 

The Five Tibetans are ideally practiced 21 times each. There is no need to

exceed 21 repetitions, as the desired energetic effect is achieved at that

number.

The regular practice of the Five Tibetans will relieve muscular tension and nervous stress, will improve respiration and digestion and will benefit the cardiovascular system.
